What We Discovered This Winter (And Can’t Wait to Share With You!)

The winter is finally over, and the new season is knocking on the door. While Prague was wrapped in its magical, frosty charm, our CZEXPERIENCE team didn’t hibernate — quite the opposite. We spent the winter months getting ready for what’s ahead, researching, exploring, and planning. With warm drinks in hand and maps on the table, we dug deep into the known and the unknown corners of the Czech Republic to uncover new, authentic experiences we can’t wait to share with you.

Magical twilight over winter Prague, view from Prague Castle

It’s not just about ticking off the big names like Prague Castle or walking across the iconic Charles Bridge (although yes, they’re still as breathtaking as ever!). Our mission stays the same — to take you beyond the surface. This winter, we discovered a few more hidden gems even most locals don’t know about. We tasted dishes that every foodie should experience at least once and found places so full of charm and story, they’d make even Rick Steves raise an eyebrow in delight.

Did you know that under Prague, which everyone knows, there is a hidden city, full of amazing Romanesque palaces?

We know today’s travelers want more than guidebooks and standard itineraries. They’re looking for something unique — a moment, a place, or a conversation that sticks with them long after they’ve flown home. That’s what we’re here for. From new countryside escapes to secret Prague neighborhoods and small family-run wineries, we’re adding a whole new layer to our tailor-made travel experiences. This season, our goal is clear: to show you the Czech Republic through local eyes — with warmth, honesty, and passion.

And we are looking forward to it!

PS: Everybody knows the famous Prague Astronomical Clock — it’s one of the city’s top landmarks. But have you ever seen what it looks like inside?
